Malackean is a Music Producer, Songwriter. His one man who advocates for artists justice in terms of their craft and music .

He is managing Iconic Artists  in likes of  Freddie Gwala, Platform 1, Neoma Parker from CJB, Dafula from Splash, Jacqueline from Dynam Kids, Mtharimba his young brother, Richard Ice. 

He believes that his line of work was a calling ,he  started doing artist management with Oskido's young brother

 He  took his management venture serious 2020 when lockdown hit.Then from there he met a comedian from Zimbabwe,who introduced him  to Freddie  because they were working together. in 2022, t that’s when he  started working with Freddie Gwala which led to him to manage branch out and manage other artist .

With his undivided attention to his artists he has a philosophy of building Personal relations within his circle .
