Lungelo Hlongwane is an award-winning South African gospel artist, songwriter, and worship leader, widely acclaimed for his powerful vocal delivery and ministry-driven approach. He has become a respected voice within the contemporary gospel scene, known for blending spiritual depth with musical excellence.
Professional Background
A devoted born-again Christian, Hlongwane began his ministry in 2015 as a member of the worship team at God Is Love Fellowship International under Apostle S.M. Paneng. This early experience laid the foundation for his spiritual and musical journey.
His professional music career officially launched in 2018 after being discovered by the Living Hope Project, marking the start of a rapidly growing presence in the South African gospel industry. Over the years, he has shared stages with some of the country’s most prominent gospel artists, including Bishop Benjamin Dube, Dr. Tumi, Dumi Mkokstad, Ayanda Ntanzi, and Jumbo, establishing himself as a dynamic and anointed performer.
