Loma

Lomakhetho Dlamini, better known by her stage name Loma, is a female deep house music artist from Manzini, Swaziland. She is the first lady of Creative Parlour Entertainment. She attended Enjabulweni High School. She started singing when she was a teenager and only discovered her vocal talents in 2010 when she released a demo. Loma initially wanted to be a DJ but her friends discouraged her citing that there were many DJs in the country. Her friend argued that she should find another way of breaking into the music industry. Her breakthrough in the music industry came when she met DJ Saxure from South Africa. She credits him for inspiring her to continue working hard. In 2013, she debuted with a song called ‘Scandamathe’. The track was a national success; it appeared on SBIS 2’s top 20 chat.
