LITty-Kae

Bio

LITty-Kae, born Katleho Mojaki on June 2, 2005, in Qwaqwa, Free State, South Africa, is a versatile musician known for his dynamic stage presence, confidence, and energy. He showcases his wide-ranging talents by singing, rapping, creating melodic instrumentals, and even engineering audio both before and after studio recordings.

Inspired by artists like K.O, Cassper Nyovest, Nasty C, and Drake, LITty-Kae discovered his love for music at the age of 9 in 2014, when he realized he could rap word-for-word along to his favorite songs, such as K.O’s ‘Cara Cara’ and Nasty C’s ‘Juice Back.’ His journey into music began in 2015 when, using his first stage name ‘Dope Kid,’ he started writing his own music, recording on his mother’s phone, and creating instrumentals. He released his debut track, ‘My Decision,’ which gained some local recognition among family, friends, and community members.

However, it was in 2019, after changing his stage name to ‘LITty-Kae,’ that his music career began to take off. He released several successful tracks such as ‘Robbery,’ ‘Without Em,’ and ‘Like That,’ the latter of which marked the launch of his own record label, LGL Music.

In his career, LITty-Kae has shared stages with artists like Blxckie, Usimamane, Sjava and more South African music stars, and continues to demonstrate his dedication and passion for his craft, positioning himself as an artist who is far more than just a performer.
