Ms Lí-Lí Octave is a singer/songwriter hailing from the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Born to Dominican parents with roots in Barbados and Montserrat, Lí-Lí Octave is deeply connected to her Caribbean heritage. She possesses a four-octave vocal range, and her musical journey began at the tender age of four, when she made her first public appearance, delivering a memorable rendition of Whitney Houston's iconic 90s ballad, "I Will Always Love You."
From that moment on, Lí-Lí Octave's passion for music only grew stronger. She fearlessly showcased her talents at various venues, including church services, events, graduations, and concerts throughout the Caribbean.
