The Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) Military Band is the primary musical unit of the Lesotho Defence Force, responsible for providing ceremonial music for state functions, military parades, and public events in the Kingdom of Lesotho.

The band is not a single entity but comprises several specialised groups that perform different genres of music:
Military/Marching Band: This is the core ensemble that performs at official pass-out parades and state celebrations, such as His Majesty King Letsie III's birthday. They typically feature brass and percussion instruments.
Jazz Band: The LDF maintains a dedicated Jazz Band that performs at military barracks and public venues for entertainment and social events.
Famo Band: Reflecting Lesotho's unique cultural heritage, the LDF has a Famo band (traditional Sesotho music) which is highly popular and often featured in social media and cultural broadcasts.

The band is primarily based at the Makoanyane Barracks in Maseru, which serves as a central hub for their rehearsals and many of their indoor performances. As part of the LDF, they fall under the ultimate command of Lieutenant General Mojalefa Letsoela.
