Kwacha Music Awards

Kwacha Music Awards are organised by Sun FM and seek to augment and promote originality and excellence in Zambian music production for radio airplay, by recognizing, appreciating and honoring deserving Artists with distinguished Awards.

Sun FM holds in trust the Kwacha Music Awards, in collaboration with a Committee selected from the Industry players and individuals drawn from various sectors of society and corporate organisations, whose interests are covered under a Memorandum of Understanding governed by a confirmation of agreed-upon terms that are used to set the basic principles and guidelines under which the parties work together to accomplish the goals of the Kwacha Music Awards.

The Awards are registered with PACRA for copyright protection and National Arts Council of Zambia.
