Kaybee Monnz

Kabelo Monnathebe aka Kaybee Monnz, is a Soweto born violinist and violin tutor. Kaybee learnt playing the violin under the mentorship of Rosemary Nalden through the Buskaid Academy. He later auditioned for a place at The Royal Academy of Music in London were he obtained his Bmus Hons degree in 2013, through an international scholarship. Monnz has since been in South Africa working as a freelance violinist for most Orchestra's and chamber string groups in South Africa. Kabelo has put his focus more into teaching and helping struggling communities through music. He has big plans to one day open his own string academy that will have music learning facilities throughout the country.
