Karabo L is a multifaceted artist born and raised in Alexandra, South Africa. As the founder of Karabo Mo Africa, she wears many hats - composer, artist, musician, theatre practitioner, and activist. Her work has taken her to various corners of the globe, showcasing her talent and representing South Africa with pride. Karabo L has had the honor of performing alongside renowned musician and industry gurus and has Represented South Africa Dubai for Un Conference with her jazz band.

Represented South Africa for Seychelles jazz festival and collaborated on a music tour with Micholas Joseph, a prominent artist from Prague. Closer to home, Karabo L has performed at notable events such as the Oliver Tambo Tribute, EFF 10-year celebration, Music Leruo, Nedbank Imali event, and the 2025 MTN Seminar with Amakhono Wesintu. Her passion for giving back is evident in her work with the Ubuntu Pathway Organization and as the founder of the Karabo Mo Africa Foundation, an NPO based in Alexandra that uplifts young women and raises awareness on social and economic challenges. Through her art and activism, Karabo L continues to make a lasting impact, inspiring audiences and empowering young women in her community.
