Kamuzu Academy

Kamuzu Academy is a boarding school in Malawi. It is located in Mtunthama, 150 km from Lilongwe City.

Founded by the country's first President, Dr H. Kamuzu Banda, the institution was designed for pupils between the ages of 11 to 18. It has a rural setting, far from the distractions of large towns or cities, that allows pupils to fully concentrate fully on their education. It has a wide ranging curriculum which covers music.
