Kamo Mailula

Kamo Mailula is an artist manager, DJ, and event coordinator from Lebowakgomo, Limpopo, now based in Johannesburg. With a strong foundation in house music, she has built a career dedicated to artist development, event management, and industry advancement.

She co-founded Women of Deep in 2017, an initiative supporting emerging female DJs, and has collaborated with renowned figures such as DJ Christos and Lady Sakhe. In 2021, she established her own artist management agency, representing Afro House and Afro Tech artists including Kasango—creator of the global hit “Osama”—and Masšh, whose work has gained international recognition.

Kamo also serves on the Events Committee of Women in Music South Africa and coordinates events for Irini Concepts. In late 2024, she consulted for Africori as a Content Operations Specialist, contributing to strategies that enhanced the global reach of African music.
