Julinho KSD (born Júlio Lopes on 16 April 1998) is a Portuguese singer and rapper who has emerged as a leading figure in Portugal’s urban music scene. Known for his distinctive fusion of cultural influences, he seamlessly blends his Cape Verdean heritage with contemporary sounds.
Julinho KSD’s music is a versatile mix of hip hop, R&B, Afrobeats, and dancehall, delivered in Portuguese, English, and Cape Verdean Creole. His ability to move fluidly between genres and languages has set him apart as a dynamic and innovative artist. He first gained widespread recognition in 2019 with breakout tracks such as “Sentimento Safari”, which marked the beginning of his rise within the mainstream.
In 2021, he released his debut studio album, Sabi na Sabura, further solidifying his place in the industry. He has continued to build on this momentum with releases such as Faz Bem (2024) and Veterano, showcasing both artistic growth and consistency.
