Born in Choisy-le-Roi in 2002, Jeune Morty is a French rapper of Ivorian descent who has carved out a unique space by blending Atlanta-style trap with traditional African rhythms like coupé-décalé. He first gained traction with freestyles in 2019 before releasing his debut album, Ghetto Youth, in 2023. Known for his signature laid-back flow and atmospheric production, he rose to prominence with hits like "Dent" and "Bieber." His 2025 self-titled project, Eponyme, climbed the French charts, marking his transition into the mainstream.
