Ahmed Warshanna is a Egyptian jazz musician whose work combines american jazz traditions with sounds from his Egyptian heritage. Growing up in an Egyptian-American household exposed him to many musical styles—from classic American jazz and pop to legendary Arabic music—which shaped his unique sound.
