GT Da Guitarman

Real name Gbemiro Tokunbo was born in 1984 in London UK . His family moved back to Nigeria in 1986. At 11 his Mother and older Sister noticed his musical talents and he was encouraged to play a range of musical instruments.

He joined a few groups such as Pairs of Gloves and 4 Generation. In 2005 he got his break when he convinced the organiser of a valentine's day show, to offer him a spot.
He received an incredible response from the audience and was immediately approached by comedian Omobaba No.1 and thereafter showcased in several high profile concerts, including The Nights of a Thousand Laughs.

Subsequently Darey Art-Alade was so moved by his talent, he called the Head of Storm Media Group to convince him to sign GT Da Guitarman unto his label. GT was to later leave the Storm Label and release his critically acclaimed debut album on his independent label in 2012.
