GNL Zamba

GNL Zamba was born and raised in Kampala, Uganda. Credited with the growth of commercial Hip Hop in his country. He started professional music in 2008 after completion of his university degree.

His break out hit was 'Soda jinjale' off the record breaking album 'koyi
koyi/ riddles of life'. He has won numerous awards, including best male artist of the year, BUZZ AWARDS,album of the year and for best hip hop singles, PAM AWARDS and Music video of the year at the CMVAs.

GNL has gained international exposure and recognition through
performances on international stages in Ethiopia, Zanzibar, London, Hong Kong,Dubai,Kigali Rwanda,Tanzania, USA (Uganda African youth conference) and world series of beach volleyball (WSOBV) 2013.
the Sauti za Busara festival(Zanzibar) ,Denmark (We Love African Music Festival) and Ethiopia (Selam African International Music Festivals).

Africa should anticipate the release of GNL's live band album
'Dreaming in Color' to be released this October 2014. Other
albums include 'Koyi Koyi' , 'Speaking Vernacular', and 'The Renaissance' e.p.
