F.W Fargo is a Johannesburg-born lyricist and producer breathing life into South African hip-hop with a distinct blend of conscious rap and jazz-sampled instrumentals, occasionally tapping into trap rhythms without ever compromising his message. Raised in the Westrand Fargo was always inspired by his older brothers who helped paved the way for the young star to start writing music. Fargo creates a vibe with his sound that sounds inspired by many but unique at the same time. Representing a trio called Black Mafioso, F.W FARGO aims to push his crew to lead the rap industry not just in South Africa, but globally. Representing the marginalized and voiceless, the group fuses music, fashion, and activism and most of all SWAG.
