Funkmata

Funkmata is a music duo from Accra, Ghana made up of Robert Bannerman (singer/songwriter) and Roy C (Producer). In January 2007, their instrumental 'Realpayback' was chosen in the Top5 Finalist by songoftheyear.com. In March 2007, their single 'Is it True?' was chosen for the suggested artist of the month by Unisong.com.

They were also nominated ABC Radio for the track 'Realpayback'. The track 'Still Alive' was number 26 on ABC’s Top 40 radio charts in February 2009. Funkmata is still striving to attain greater heights with hard work and planning.
