Etran de L'Aïr ("Stars of the Aïr") is a celebrated family band from Agadez, Niger, known for their energetic Saharan desert blues, blending traditional Tuareg sounds with rock and pan-African styles, creating hypnotic, guitar-driven music perfect for celebrations like weddings. Formed in 1995, they gained international fame with their raw, authentic 2018 debut No. 1, released by Sahel Sounds and praised by The New Yorker, and have since toured globally, known for their dazzling, multi-guitar solos and vibrant live shows.
