Emperor Orlando

Emperor Orlando has always been a force to reckon with at a party. He is really very good at working up crowds most especially at Ange noir Discotheque,( where he doubles as a DJ) which is one of Kampala’s or probably East Africa’s best night-spots. He hasn’t yet laced a dancehall gig and recorded it and he has been off the scene for some time, but he is still very clear in reveler's minds.
