Winnie Mashaba: A Voice Carved From Faith and Persistence.

Raised in Kgoši Phasha village in Steelpoort, she carried a conviction that her voice was meant for something greater. In 2010 she won the Crown Gospel Award for Best Female Artist, a standout moment in her career. In 2019 Trinity International Bible University awarded her an Honorary Doctorate, acknowledging her artistic and spiritual influence.

She also established herself as a familiar face on television. As presenter of Amahubo on Dumisa TV, Mashaba interprets and celebrates sacred music traditions, offering audiences a blend of history, performance and spiritual grounding.
