Dj Stamer

Master Trevor Mashaba, popularly known as DJ Stamer born in Mbombela, Mpumalanga is a DJ and music producer currently residing in Pretoria.

His music journey began back in 2008 at the age of 17. His influence was drawn from his passion of listening to mix tapes and dance radio shows which were more commonly on air every weekend. His Passion for music grew vastly as he became exposed to the outgoing entertainment scene around his neighborhood.

His love for the neighborhood entertainment scene translated into him beginning to headline in locally hosted events; events that gave him the platform to showcase his unique style of music.
his style of music and sound has attracted some of the country's most influential DJ's and producers. In 2017, Dj Stamer released his first single titled “LONELY” where he featured the most talented singer and song writer, Deidree. “LONELY” became a dance floor smash hit, receiving remarkable feedback and opening other doors for him.

In the beginning of 2020 he released his debut EP called “THE JOURNEY”. This is inspired by the many plans and aspirations that people set in the beginning of the year, and how we hope to journey the rest of each year. This EP is not only relatable, but it sets the bar high and has promise to be blazing across the dance floors of South Africa. For this project, Dj Stamer has collaborated with the likes of Deidree, Dj Muzik SA and more talented producers in the country. The Ep has 4 deep soulful tracks with a combination of Afro-deep and African enchantment, sounds that reflects his interaction with the world.
