DJ Mac Deep

Koketso Tshepo Medupe, known as "DJ Mac Deep" is a multi-genre Producer, Re-Mixer and Composer of Amapiano, Broken Beat, Deep House, Deep Tech, Electronic and Soulful House music born in Rustenburg, the North West province of South Africa.

Prior to his music career, he started as a DJ in 2010 before he could widen his art & craft to production in 2016, which he regards as an inspiration brought by Piano House music pioneers Kabza Da Small & DJ Maphorisa.

Medupe, a very humble, ambitious, versatile DJ, who he is always willing to learn from others and believes in team work, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration obtained at North West University in 2017.

DJ Mac Deep states that he is currently working on two EPs, a 4 track Afro Tech, Piano Wave consisting of 7-9 tracks with possible features being Botshelo Moate, Mezo Renzo SA, Da LunGstar Madness, JayCubeSA, collaboration with Deepconsoul Sounds and Lady Albatross.

Nonetheless, having worked with the greatest regardless of underated standards in the names of Arol Skinzie, ItsLoshka SA and Darich Moriendez, he has also shared performing stages with the likes of Devine Brothers, DJ Lamiez, Thakzin, DJ Sumbody and Sje Konka. He says that being professional, presentable and humbled at all times is what he has learned the most to conquer the fraternity.

He has released a number of singles and 6 projects up to date.
