Haddad gained early fame after participating in Studio El Fan in 1993, leading to the release of her debut album Saken (1996), which achieved platinum certification and introduced her signature Bedouin-influenced musical style. Her breakthrough came with the album Ammanih (1997), whose title track became one of her most iconic hits. Throughout the late 1990s and 2000s, she expanded her repertoire by performing in multiple Arabic dialects, including Lebanese, Bedouin, Khaliji, Egyptian, Iraqi, and Moroccan, which helped her reach a broader regional audience.
Over her career, Haddad has released numerous successful albums and singles, including Yammaya (1998), Shater (1999), Jarh Al Habib (2000), Awel Marrah (2004), Diana 2006, Bent Osol (2011), and Ya Bashar (2014). Her discography features enduring hits such as “Saken,” “Ammanih,” and “Ela Hona,” the latter becoming a sleeper hit with over 100 million views on YouTube.
Haddad collaborated extensively with her former husband, Emirati director Suhail Al-Abdul, who directed many of her early music videos. In 2009, she continued her career independently, touring internationally and releasing music across diverse genres and dialects. In recognition of her contribution to Arabic music, she received an honorary award at the 2015 Murex d’Or.
Beyond music, Haddad has been involved in humanitarian and philanthropic initiatives, supporting causes related to children, anti-drug campaigns, and regional humanitarian crises. She continues to release music and maintain an active presence in the Arab music scene.
