Demba Conta is a Gambian musician. The Sweden-based Gambian reggae man started music in the 1970s.
Born in Yonna in Sami District, Central River Region, Conta was a sailor and travelled around the globe. He has produced several albums, including the hits 'Monkey Business', United States of Africa, and Rule the World.
