Cocorockstar

Koketso Diakanyo Mogodiri, also known as Cocorockstar, is a Performing Artist, Graphic Creator, and Photographer born and based in Mabopane, Pretoria. Born on March 28, 1989, she resides with her mother and younger sister, and she does not have children.

With a profound passion for art and entertainment, Koketso pursued Advanced Digital Entrepreneurship and established her digital creation company. Her journey to fame began with modern dance, leading her to represent South Africa in the 14th World Gymnaestrada Festival in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2011. After retiring from dance, she shifted her focus to music, and she has been actively performing since.

Cocorockstar has made appearances on TV programs like Jam Alley, Step Up or Step Out Season 1 and 3, as well as in newspapers, the State Theatre, Gauteng Dance Manyano, among others. Currently, she occasionally performs at major events within the ECG The Jesus Nation Church Network across the country.

Her motto, "I am the stone that the builders refused into a cornerstone," reflects her motivation to narrate stories of courage against oppressive systems.
