Caroline Method

Caroline Method is a Business Development Manager at BLC Entertainment, a Tanzanian music label focused on empowering new artists and preserving African sound.
She leads strategy, partnerships, and fundraising, and has played a key role in developing two major projects: NGOMA – The EP, blending traditional drums with modern genres, and It Is Okay to Not Be Okay – The EP, tackling youth mental health through music. She is passionate about using music for impact, identity, and cultural preservation.
