In 2015, Boutiq established Nyege Nyege, a three day international music festival and music label (Nyege Nyege Tapes); from 2011 up to today the foundation has administered Kampala Film School, a first institution of its kind in Uganda.

In early 2016 Boutiq opened a recording studio; has managed workshops, productions and many other community projects with sizable impact. Eager to leverage national, regional and international networks, Boutiq has set up a residency program for cultural producers from all over the world. A self-sufficient and pioneering organisation with growing national, regional and global links.

Boutiq’s vision is to constantly explore new ways to stimulate the fertile Ugandan cultural community through creating sustainable platforms for production, promotion and distribution of artistic and cultural output made in Uganda.
