BONDEKO

BONDEKO, which means friendship in Lingala, is a concept that embodies the spirit of cross-cultural friendship and collaboration, merging diverse musical styles into a harmonious blend of pop, soul, jazz, and African rhythms. Their mission is to showcase the power of cultural unity and sustainable development through music. BONDEKO performed at World Music and Dance Festival Hakodate Japan, St. Louis Jazz & Africa Fete.

Founders

Eved
Congolese singer and songwriter; learned playing music by listening and reproducing the polyphonies of traditional Pygmy songs. He played with Lokua Kanza, Papa Wemba, Meiway and participated in International China Chorus, China, MASA, Afropolitan Nomade &, Island Africa Talent. Eved is finalist of The Voice Afrique Francophone.

Conny
German artist who combines music and circus playing saxophone upside down. She holds a Bachelor of Jazz and studied at the State School of Circus Berlin and CODARTS Rotterdam. Her journey has been marked by significant achievements, including laureateships such as the German Rock & Pop Preis 2022 and the Beyond Music Creativity Award 2020. Alongside performances with Lokua Kanza and Baaba Maal and productions for DHL and Total Energies, she performed at Pinkpop, Jazz Maastricht, Circus Roncalli, Jazz a Ouaga & Angojazz Luanda.

Dany
Gabonese pianist, arranger and composer whose roots are in American Gospel and Jazz. A passionate musician since young age, he also masters bass and acoustic guitar. Dany has accompanied Charlotte Dipanga, Didier Awadi, Pierre Claver Akendengue, Cheikh Tidiane Seck and Xalam and has played at festivals as MASA, FESPACO and VISA FOR MUSIC. He is a piano and guitar teacher, sound engineer and producer.
