Black-Agon is a reggae and dancehall music from Malawi. It is made up of Darlington Phiri (Manton), Emanuel Khuntho (Khuzie-B), Brian Moloko (Kica B), Gift Phir (Ninja Warrior), Jailosi Nthala (Jai B), Musher Chirwa (KassaBlanca), Khumbo Lewanika (Omikhy) and Jimmy Thembakako(Jay-T). Founded in 2004, the group is one of the best dancehall outfits to emerge out of the country.

Their debut album ‘Mtima Wanga Wonse’ was released in 2013. It featured 15 songs. Some of the songs from the album received airplay from local radio stations and these include ‘Ka Chi Africa’, ‘Sicholinga’, ‘Kulingalira’ and ‘Chop Dem Face’. The album was well-received and thronged the country’s media platforms. It was often played on Gowelo Beats, a program on Power 101 FM, on Radio 2’s Coca-Cola Chart, on Star FM's Natty Ride and Capital FM.

They went quite for some time but emerged later. During their silence, some members did solo recording and released songs such as as ‘Titi Kuvina’, ‘M’makwalala’, ‘Sikadza Kokha’, ‘We Nuh Freda Nobody’, ‘Nyamuka Zipita’ and ‘Tandinyamule Tiyende’.
