Bio
The Arrows are a South African pop-rock band consisting of members Pam de Menezes, Christie Desfontaine, and former member Bongani Zondi. The band was formed in Durban in 2006, with each person bringing their own unique contribution to the group. Pamela serves as the lead vocalist and pianist, Christine is the drummer, and Bongani, the bass guitarist.
In 2007, they released their self-titled EP, which amassed a small, loyal following. They began performing across different venues and events across South Africa. Shortly after, they were presented with the opportunity to perform and record in the United States with a renowned producer. Their debut album, Make Believe, was released in 2010, and it contained the popular song “Lovesick.” In 2013, they featured on the song “Spin My World” by DJ Kent. The song was a massive hit and has amassed millions of streams across platforms.
