Njabulo Gift Gininda, professionally known as Apwordsmith, is a multi-talented artist from Middelburg, Mpumalanga, raised in the culturally rich town of Queenstown, Eastern Cape. He is a songwriter, and multidisciplinary creative known for his introspective and sharp lyricism. He is often described as a "lyrically gifted" artist who prioritises substance over mainstream trends, focusing on themes like faith, survival, social injustice, and inner transformation. 

He blends storytelling with authentic hip hop culture to create art that resonates locally and globally. Through his music, fashion brand Eccentric Merx, and artistic direction, Apwordsmith aims to raise the South African flag, break boundaries, and inspire the next generation. Inspired by his uncle Sira and icons like Amaru Shakur, Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Stogie T, and local talent, he bridges cultures and amplifies African narratives through his craft.
