50boyz

50boyz is a Kenyan hip hop group from Nairobi, formed in early 2024. The duo consists of Kennedy Wambua, professionally known as Sereal Billy, and Juma Muziliwa, professionally known as Mr Cheng (50boyz). Hailing from the Eastlands area, they began as freestyle rappers before transitioning into recorded music.

In 2026, they released their debut single Ni Kenyewe across digital streaming platforms. Within its first week, the track amassed over 50,000 streams on Spotify, signaling strong grassroots support. However, the song was later removed from Spotify due to what was cited as a misunderstanding regarding alleged fraudulent stream counts.

In the same year, Sereal Billy further expanded his solo presence with the release of Spartan, marking another step in the duo’s growing footprint in Kenya’s hip hop scene.
