Thabang Salusalu, known professionally as Tee Musiq SA, was born on 16 February 1998 in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. As a multifaceted creative force, he is a South African DJ, record producer, and graphic designer from Keiskammahoek in the Eastern Cape. Tee Musiq SA has emerged as one of the country's most innovative DJs, driven by a passion for music that ignited during his high school years. After completing high school in 2017, he relocated to Cape Town in 2018 to pursue his DJing dreams. In Cape Town, he connected with like-minded individuals who shared his passion for music, leading him to co-found his own record label, Sukemabhozeni Records RSA, alongside his partner Lethu Mathomane, also known as DJ Lethu. In 2021, he expanded his creative horizons into graphic design, garnering local recognition for designing the song cover for DJ Tyler ICU's 'Mnike'. In 2024, Tee Musiq SA made a triumphant return to the music scene, releasing a groundbreaking gqom mixtape titled 'The Best Of Sukemabhozeni Records RSA'. With unwavering determination, Tee Musiq SA is poised to leave an indelible mark on the music industry, inspiring listeners with his distinctive and uplifting sound.
