Siya SD is an artist from Cape Town, South Africa.Siya SD(born siyabulela Sidiyane) is an independent rapper from Cape Town, South Africa ,siya SD grew up in the Tendergate township in Eastern Cape Queenstown, a crime-ridden area 30km from QueensTown, where he began his music career. He was an aspiring soccer player but decided to mix up the sport and music. He admits to being a problem child involved in drinking and bullying his juniors in school. He cites the group Driemanskap for inspiring him to focus on a healthy lifestyle .

siya sd began rapping in 2015.
