Having worked for global music and video distribution company “Virgin Music Africa” formerly known as Ingrooves Africa as well as media companies such as Zkhiphani and SlikourOnLife.

Ofentse has extracted all the knowledge and experience into to form a multidisciplinary media company in support of independent artists across Africa. It is through that experience that he identified a gap that was left unfulfilled by the distribution companies, advertising agencies and media companies towards independent artists especially ones that are starting out.

He extended his media company Escopia into a hub for independent artists and labels through his very own music and video distribution subsidiary, Escopia Distribution in which they guide the artists and labels with best practices to ensure a strong and solid brand within the music space.

He has constantly been an advocate for indie artists and labels through speaking out for them and truly trailing systems that can work in their favour long term.
