Mani Martin

Mani Martin is an Afro-soul artist from Rwanda.

Martin is no newcomer to the music scene, and has persevered through a succession of bands, and session work which has had him performing at festivals and different events with international artists like Ismael lo Lokua Kanza, Vieux Farka toure. Femi Nkuti and Might Popo. East Africa’s promising artist has already produced four albums; Isaha ya 9, Icyo Dupfana Kiruta Icyo Dupfa, Intero Y'Amahoro and My Destiny.

Born in Rwanda in 1988, MANI Martin spent his childhood and school days in his small village Ntura where his talent was discovered by his own teacher during a music lesson, after he went to continue his career and studies at Kigali City capital of Rwanda at CISK secondary school. MANI Martin’s talent continued to be established in his capital city at a young age, where he recorded 12 songs when he was only 11 years old. He grew up as a vocal trainer where he trained many choirs and performed at community and youth functions.
