Lady Lea (Lea Moscou Barrett) is a pioneering South African House DJ, producer, and entrepreneur with over 31 years in the industry, renowned for her extensive residencies, international performances, and as the founder of the Divas on Decks agency. Starting at age 14, she has played globally and created a lasting legacy in SA dance music. 

She is a veteran of the South African dance scene, having started her career at 14. She was a member of the all-female group "Divas on Decks" and later launched the agency of the same name to support female DJs. Lady Lea is a versatile house DJ specializing in soulful, deep, funky, electro, and techno house. She has held over 20 residencies and played at major international events, including the German Love Parade (2007) and various clubs in the UK and Ibiza.

She is the founder of Flipside Management (formerly Flipside Records/Recordings), and Beat Boutique. She has released over 18 compilation albums. Voted one of South Africa's top female DJs, she was ranked #368 in the DJ Mag international poll and was awarded "Pioneer of Dance" at the 2019 DMASA.

She appeared as a contestant on Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina(2010). In addition to music, she runs a rebounding studio. Lady Lea is rated the top female DJ in South Africa. She is an icon in the local music scene and is one of the most booked DJ’s in South Africa.

She has extensive DJing experience internationally and with the South African market in particular, enabling her to play the right groove for any party. Getting the crowd going is what Lea loves doing!
