Mordecaii ZM is a talented Zambian singer and songwriter from Livingstone who has quickly become a viral sensation. He first gained national attention at age 11 after winning the Talent Yapa Zed show, but it was his 2023 debut single, "Fire", that catapulted him to superstardom. 

The track took social media by storm, fueled by the viral #fireopenversechallenge, which saw massive participation from fans and A-list Zambian celebrities alike. Known for his seamless fusion of Afro-rhythms and contemporary R&B, Mordecaii has since followed up his initial success with his 13-track debut album, Selfless, featuring hits like "Maria" and collaborations with industry heavyweights such as T-Sean.
