Thabiso Njoko

Thabiso Njoko is a music industry professional, entrepreneur, and creative strategist from Eswatini. He is the Founder & President of Riska_D_Rollaz Records, where he focuses on artist development, music production, and creative direction, supporting emerging talent across Southern Africa.

He is also the Founder & CEO of Secunda Henderson Management, providing strategic management, branding, and career development services for artists and creatives. His work bridges music, business, and cultural entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on building sustainable creative careers.

Beyond the music industry, Thabiso leads Riska_D_Rollaz Travel & Tours, curating culturally rooted and sustainable travel experiences, and is Executive & Founder of the Spaza Union Initiative, supporting small businesses and youth empowerment programs.

Through his work, Njoko contributes to the growth of Africa’s creative economy by combining industry insight, entrepreneurship, and community impact, helping African talent access opportunity, visibility, and long-term sustainability.
