KOOMSON MATHIAS is the Ghanaian songwriter & singer - Afrobeats icon, best known as King Albino. With a career spanning 12 years at the top of his game and a decade since his landmark hit, 2017’s joyous 'Famame' which literally means Give It To Me - one of Ghanaians music’s biggest and best-loved Afrobeats; King Albino has embarked on his exciting new chapter in his career with latest project 'Welcome To The Music World'.
King Albino was influenced by the Ghanaian singer and songwriter ( superstar ) Daddy Lumba, & American singers such as Post Malone, Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye, Justin Timberlake, Stevie Wonder and mores. Born and raised at Agona Swedru part of Central Region of Ghana
As well as having songs and over two awards to his name in his native Ghana, King Albino sound – a fizzing blend of hip-life and Afro-beats – has led to sold-out shows at Volta Region Kpando Town Forum & performances with an impressive array of local names.
