Call for applications: British Council intern in Tunisia

The ideal candidate will gain experience of working in a multicultural, multidisciplinary and multi-ethnic environment, contributing to the development of mutual understanding, trust and tolerance in the institution.

The successful applicant will gain a better understanding of the British Council's values and goals, thereby developing skills, which are useful for their career and future employment.

The length of an internship varies between three and six months. The successful applicant will receive a monthly stipend of 955 Tunisian dinars ($330).

The applications deadline is 18 July 2019.

Eligibility

Interested applicants must:

• Be enrolled in, or have graduated from, a post-secondary accredited academic institution recently or with experience of less than one year on the date of submission of their application.
• Have a good level of English.
• Have knowledge or previous experience, which covers at least one of the following fields: arts and civil society, English, education, communication, marketing, HR, administration and finance.
