MARIMBA JAM FESTIVAL 2022

Join us for the biggest marimba concert of the year!

This year’s festival is a celebration of South African music and the spirit of Ubuntu, featuring 400 marimba students from 18 schools in Cape Town! 100 of these learners are from Marimba Jam’s Rising Stars Program- that provides free marimba lessons to under-resourced schools.

This event demonstrates our vision of social-cohesion and peace-building in our communities through the power of music. The focus of the festival is a series of MASS ITEMS and collaborations where students come together from different schools to perform alongside one another on stage.
