Tomás Gaeta is a UK-based singer-songwriter from Uruguay whose music bridges the rich rhythms of Latin America with the intimacy of indie folk and the edge of alternative pop. Drawing from deep cultural roots — including candombe, milonga, bossa nova, and the indigenous musical traditions of South America — Gaeta crafts emotionally rich songs that carry his identity with warmth and authenticity.
Formally trained in piano, voice, percussion, and composition, and holding a Master’s in Songwriting from ICMP London, his sound is shaped by a life lived across continents. With a soft yet powerful voice, he tells stories of movement, memory, and belonging — resonating deeply with audiences across cultures.
Gaeta has performed throughout Latin America and Europe, sharing stages with artists like Aterciopelados, Ainda, and Montañera. He’s recorded in iconic studios such as Abbey Road and Angel Studios in London, and worked with Grammy-winning producer Julio Berta (Jorge Drexler, Zoe Gotusso).
