Saliou N'Dour
Bio
Saliou N'Dour is a professor of philosophy at the University of Saint Louis (Senegal). He holds a PhD in sociology.
He is currently the head of the arts and culture section and coordinator of the Masters degree in Management of Cultural Industries at Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis, in partnership with Senghor University of Alexandria (Egypt).
He studied finance and economics at Université Paris-Dauphine (France) in 2003, and did an internship at the observatory of cultural policies in Grenoble (France) in 2010.
He coordinated a collective work, published by CODESRIA in 2008 on the music industry in Senegal.
