Bio

Raypower was the first privately owned radio in Lagos. With official operations starting in 1994, Raypower was established following the deregulation of Nigerian broadcasting in 1992. It is the first 24-hour station in Nigeria.

Owned by Raymond Dokpesi, the station is now based in the Nigeria's capital, Abuja. It broadcasts from the 100.5 FM frequency and has sister stations across the country.
