Rahel Getu

Rahel Getu is a prominent Ethiopian singer, songwriter, and dancer who first gained widespread recognition as a member of the all-female music and drama group Yegna. Known for her soulful voice and blend of traditional and contemporary sounds, she launched a successful solo career in 2019.

• Early Start: She began her artistic journey at a young age with the Hitsanat and Wetatoch theatre in Addis Ababa.
