Protest Arts International Festival (PAIF)

Founded in 2009, the Protest Arts International Festival (PAIF) is a Zimbabwean annual event that celebrates the genre of protest arts through recognizing and promoting its role in community dialogue and development. The festival draws people from different sectors such as academics, artists, funders, students, artists, journalist, government and others.

The development has people sharing experiences and strategies in the development and distribution of protest artworks. The event features performances, workshops, conferences, film screenings and exhibitions. PAIF disciplines includes; theatre, music, poetry, dance, film, visual arts.
