Siyabonga “Bear” Hood is a dynamic music executive and the Director of GreenHouse Records, a recording company dedicated to cultivating a diverse roster of artists through label services and artist management.

Beyond the boardroom, Bear is a powerhouse event curator known for delivering high-energy, large-scale experiences. In 2025, he served as the lead producer for Mashbeatz & Friends in Lethabule, North West. Tasked by client Mashbeatz to bring the vision to life, Bear secured major backing from RedBull and oversaw a sold-out event with an attendance of 2,000–2,500 people.

His expertise in urban culture also shines through Baddies & Ballers at Hatfield Square 2.0, which drew a crowd of 1,000 attendees. With a track record of collaborating with major corporate brands, Bear is currently expanding his creative portfolio by working on a live rendition project with his new client, Wordz.
