Ofentse Mosweu

Ofentse is South African musician based in Johannesburg who began rapping and producing in 2010.

He released his first body of work, a 16 track mixtape called 'He Didn't Know What to Call it', in 2016. It was entirely written, produced and engineered by Ofentse. The following year, 2017, he released a 7 track EP called 'Fising' which featured the song 'Breathe', which was his first song to reach 10 000 streams.

He then released a new single in 2018 titled 'Summer Feels'. A song that earned him his first tv appearance.In 2019 He performed the song live on a popular South African music show 'Shiz Niz' and shortly after that he shot his first music video for said song. He later, in 2019, re-released Fising, retouched it, added a few more songs to make it a 15 track LP. His first official release.

Ofentse is also made an appearance as a collaborator on the LP 'Potent Soul 2' (2019) by South African rapper VenomRaps. He and VenomRaps later released a 5 song EP 'Off the Raps' (2020), on which he raps and produces.
In 2021, he released "I have New Music but I can Explain', a 4 track EP, which is on all major digital streaming platforms, that was released to give his supporters something new to listen to whilst he finishes work on his new project that is scheduled for a 2021 release titled 'I Married a Ghost Covered in Honey'.
